KIP KK400 year 1986. Very good condition, with a fully galvanised chassis there are no worries about rust.
Comes with a lot of canvas! There appears to be 2 awnings, possibly a full awning and a sun canopy. Both look to be in fantastic condition and are probably quality Dutch manufacture.
The KIP is a good alternative to an Eriba Triton or a Troll, and has a lightweight of approximately 680KG. Having more internal headroom than other pop-tops making it suitable for people up to 6'6" tall.
Overall the KIP is in very good condition; externally there is hardly a mark on it. And internally cupboards, furniture, upholstery, headlining, floor, pop-top, are all in excellent condition. The chassis of the KIP is excellent.
The area around the front right manoeuvring handle needs strengthening due to water getting in behind the handle. This causes softening of the wooden substrate below the aluminium skin. The area is not large or widespread and is not difficult to sort out.
I have examined carefully the rest of the KIP and this is the only area I can find that needs attention in the future. With a little TLC the caravan will last for many many years to come.
The build quality of these chickens* is first class, made in Holland with care and pride using top quality materials.
As the KIP has not had a service and needs a small amount of work, it is sold for 'spares or repair' as a 'trade caravan'.
