Eriba Puck / 1986 Project sold as 'trade caravan'
It is to be sold as a 'trade caravan' for spares or repair. There is no warranty or guarantee of any sort given. All future work carried out should be checked / carried out by a competent person familiar in these matters.
Overall the PUCK is 'dry'.
Aluminium bodywork is marked and dented in places. Some galvanic corrosion is present along the bottom of the aluminium wallside.
The front window will need replacement. This is a single glazed unit, it is not leaking but does have stress cracks present.
The two opening windows are good and work as they should, one stay at the back will need replacement.
The fixed window on the right hand side is good.
The pop top is in good to very good condition, the zips will all need easing.
They headlining is in very good condion
The GRP roof is in average condition.
The gas locker box is repairable.
Internally; the galley is in good condition. The gas hob will need servicing.
The wardrobe door has been replaced with a door that does not match very well.
The upholstery is in good condition. It is of the sprung and a foam variety. The original two back cushions are missing but there is an infill cushion present.
The wall boards are in reasonable condition, some of the plastic coating has started to come away in a few places. This is probably from heat rather than damp, as the caravan has come from Southern France.
The lino floor covering is okay.
The drawbar is seized and will need freeing. But the Puck towed OK when collected with the brakes inoperable.
The sub-chassis frame is generally in good condition, there are a couple of areas by the entrance door threshold, where rust perforations have occurred.
The wooden floor is in good condition.
All in all, a great project for the right person.
