Very good to excellent condition all round, a few light marks, very presentable. No damp, chassis has no rust, tyres are recent, serviced ready for camping.

Double bed and one single bed, the van can sleep 3 adults.

Standard wash-room: fitted with Thetford cassette toilet, basin with pumped water / tap, mirror, spot lighting, storage cupboards, draining floor (floor is stained as often)

Galley: 3 burner hob, sink, fridge, storage cupboards, storage draw, pull out work surface, pumped water, wire basket, lighting.

Dinette 1: table to seats 4, lighting under end cupboards. Seating converts to double bed.

Dinette 2: table to seat 2, lighting under end cupboards, storage below seating accessed from above and via doors at sides, open fronted lockers at seating level. Seating converts to single bed.

Gas heater has been removed from under wardrobe, the space is now a usefull staorage area.
