Please no silly offers!! It's a good one, accurately described, for sale at the right money. You could easily pay twice this for one.
Caravan is sold as a 'trade caravan' for repair; no warranty is implied or given. Before use the caravan should be serviced by a competent person familiar in such work.
Condition over all is good, there is no damp, there are light marks to the body panels, most of these are below the 'waist rail'.
Chassis is in very good condition with some very light surface rust in a few areas, no perforations. Wooden floor is very good.
Panels are lightly dented as shown in the pictures. There is some cracking to the light cluster fairings and to the hitch fairing at the front.
All windows are in very good condition.
GRP roof is in very good condition.
Pop top canvas is dirty in places, but there are no rips.
Solar panel is fitted to roof, this feeds 12v battery that is in good condition.
The rear high-level brake-light has been renewed after the seal had failed.
Upholstery is excellent.
Floor lino is very good.
Furniture is very good.
Head-lining is very good
Pop top roof is stained around the edges (caused by condensation)
Wall boards are good (surface refinished around rear window where staining was present from HL brake light)
Bathroom is good with usual floor discolouration and shrinking
There are 4 mains sockets 240V.
Circuit board needs a tidy on the 12v side as this has been altered when the solar panel was fitted (my opinion)
Most of the bulbs have been changed to LEDs, washroom still has halogen bulbs.
The battery is relatively new and in good condition (will need putting in a battery box with a vent).
The Truma heater needs a knob, blown air system is working.
Fridge works.
Three burner hob.
Cold water to sink from container in cupboard below.
There are some extras: canopy, hookup cable, waste water container, gas bottle, hitch lock, gas bottle.
The Eriba has recent tyres and towed well when I brought it back from the seller, about fifty miles.
The running chassis is the 1200KG version.
