TLC (easy DIY job for the right person)
This Kip is
in good condition but there are some areas showing high levels of moisture. These are not easily visible on the surface of the interior wall board, but a damp meter shows them up. The fix would be to
remove the aluminium trim from the areas affected and to reseal. The areas showing issue are: rear left corner, front right corner.
The rest of
the Kip; floor, chassis, panelling, roof, pop-top, widows, door, tyres, appliances, furniture, and upholstery are in good to very good order.
simply keep it in dry storage, use, and then store dry again. This way it would last many more years. However, I feel it would be better to repair properly and restore the Kip to excellent condition.
Also this would add considerable value.
