Overall in very good to excellent original untouched condition.  There is no damp there is no rot. The underside has some light surface rusting as shown in the photographs there are no perforations in the peripheral frame and the wooden floor is good. 

The bodywork is in very good condition showing a few light surface marks, GRP roof is good, pop top canvas is good, windows with the exception of the front that has a small crack, are very good. I’ve had this Eriba sat outside for a couple of months  with no issues. Fridge is working on mains electricity. The van will require a full service from a competent person. One of the Cramer Hob burners is not working correctly. 

Inside is overall excellent condition, showing no signs of damp, good paintwork, good floor, good headlining, Upholstery good.

Tows and brakes well, tyres are good, all running lights work, 13pin plug.

Comes with Eriba awning (looks to be in good condition)
