Rear dinette: double bed or 2 singles, mattresses / benches and all other upholstery in very good condition, side beds lift allowing access to storage space below, right hand storage space accessible from outside locker door. Under left bed space is the electrical distribution board and leisure battery. Full size table. Above the seating area are storage cupboards and lighting.

Front dinette: table to seat two, seating converts into a single bed, storage below. Open storage cupboards at seating level and above the seating area are various cupboards and lighting.

Galley: Stainless steel 3 burner hob and sink with pumped water, 70 litre fridge, storage cupboards below and above with lighting.

Large hanging wardrobe

Wash room with vanity unit and toilet, cupboards, lighting

Blinds to all windows, insect blinds to all windows, Curtains to all windows apart from galley and wash-room.

Condition: The caravan is in excellent condition.

Internally; woodwork, floor covering, upholstery, poptop, headlining, are in very good condition, the drip tray that makes up the toilet floor, is showing staining, this is a very common ailment from this period and can be easily remedied with 2 pack epoxy paint or very simple shower mat over the top.

Externally; the out-side is in very good condition having a few light cosmetic skin blemishes commensurate with age:

Chassis under-side is very good. 

The front plastic fairing has bubbling lacquer, this would benefit from refinishing, easily possible by DIY.
