Dinette: table seating 2 - 4, lighting under storage cupboards, hanging wardrobe.

Double bed bench seating allows access to storage space below. The right hand storage area accessed from above and outside. Left hand area housing the leisure battery and electric distribution.

Wash room: fitted with Thetford cassette toilet, basin with pumped water, mirror, standard lighting, storage cupboards, draining floor pan.

Galley: 3 burner hob, sink with pumped by external water supply in gas locker, 70 litre 3-way fridge, storage cupboards, lighting.

All windows are openers. blinds to all windows, insect blinds to all windows.

Condition:

The Eriba Is in good to very good overall condition and is ready for use. There are a few areas that could do with tidying up but the caravan is quite presentable as it is.

The front fairing has been removed because of the common de-laminating lacquer / cracks issue. This has now been removed but will be available if the purchaser wants it. The inside of the caravan door needs a small repair to a shelf.
