Condition over all is very good, there is no damp, chassis is in good condition a little light surface rust, wooden floor is excellent, exterior panels are very good, windows are excellent, GRP roof is in very good, pop top canvas is good with a little staining but nothing serious, 12v battery that is in good condition, upholstery is good, floor lino is very good, furniture is very good, head-lining is very good, wall boards are very good,

bathroom is good with usual floor and sink discolouration (slight).
