Excellent condition;

the external panelling is in great condition with the odd very small blemish, the poptop is very good, the rear window has a repair to the right-hand corner this is a good repair as I sold this Eriba a few years ago and the er has been no issues since. There is no damp.

The underside floor and subchassis are in excellent condition, the gas lockerbox is very good.

Internally; furniture is excellent, wall boards at the rear have been professionally replaced (probably because of a staining after water ingress) as stated there is no damp or water ingress.

Upholstery is excellent.

Blinds, curtains, net curtains fitted to all three rear windows, and blinds fitted to front window. 

Three burner hob, sink with cold water feed from outside of van, three way fridge, Propex heating,

AGM-battery, LED lighting bulbs by Phillips fitted to main lights, there are 3 extra lights sypathetically fitted, very good tyres, gas bottle, full awning and annexe by Soplair, 240v hook-up, 3 x 240v mains sockets
